SM Bushings

     The Senso SM bushing is specifically designed for multicavity moulds, allowing the cooling circuit to run of the injection point. The way is done, improves the finishing for the injection point. Thanks to the length of the tip is possible to run the tip in a narrow part. The nickeled Cu-Be tip with a much stronger tungsten finishing converts it in a lomg lasting component with a few required maintenance.

     The SM bushing allows to run the cables separated from the manifold cavity when it is properly designed. For this reason, we recommend to contact Senso to understand the best design criteria.

     As a heating element it mounts a compact nickel heater easy to replace and a stand alone ground insulated thermocouple. We offer all accessories which improves the injection cycle allowing also the replacement of a drop point without damaging the plastic leakage performances.
